On Wednesday morning, 17 Muharram 1443 H, the Vice Rectorate for Educational and Academic Affairs in cooperation with the University Vice Rectorate for Female Student Affairs conducted an interactive workshop for the participants in the screening and organizing points to enter the university headquarters, from the employees of the departments in the university’s colleges and deanships. The meeting was attended by the Vice Rector for Educational and Academic Affairs, Dr. Mshari Alosaimi.
The workshop was opened by discussing the most important roles required of the administrative and educational staff to control the requirements for a safe return to in-person learning and to make it successful in classrooms and university colleges; Where Dr. Salman Alotaibi clarified the most important organizational roles that will contribute, God willing, to achieving the requirements of a safe attendance return, and the protocols approved by the ministries of health and education in this regard, in accordance with the university’s plan approved by the Supreme Committee.
Then Dr. Sana Kamal, representing the University Hospital, kindly provided some health directives to be dealt with by the university’s employees, in addition to the various cases and how to deal with them according to the required level, reviewing the rates of immunization for the university’s employees, and concluded her speech by answering the questions expected to face the authority Educational, administrative, and students, in accordance with the approved health requirements approved by the Public Health Authority.
